on customer sites. Whilst there are no current positions available, we are always interested in hearing from individuals that have the following credentials:
Ability to work alone. Customer facing skills are as important as time management and completion of Jobsheets and associated paperwork. Liaison with customers at all levels providing optimum service and keeping the Customer informed at all times. Project a strong professional image of IT Zone through high standards of service, conduct and appearance. Diagnose, pre-qualify and rectify faults using the appropriate knowledge, tools and equipment to a high degree of competency, aiming to maintain our envious high level of first time fixes. Endeavour to handle first time calls on equipment. Carry out routine, preventative and remedial maintenance. Optimise resources and assist colleagues in technical knowledge.
Key Skills: Thorough HP DesignJet knowledge. Exposure to other HP printer hardware advantageous.
Competancy in HP DesignJet and LaserJet on-site servicing and HP DesignJet and LaserJet hardware maintenance.
